MISSION STATEMENT: To provide individualized life-style coaching which
addresses the client's strengths and weaknesses, enabling him to improve and
then maintain the highest level of body functioning.
The desire to be
physically fit has come close to being an obsession in America. We no longer
question our need to maintain strength, endurance and ease of body movement to
enhance all activities of our daily lives. But how do we evaluate the
ever-changing theories of recent years and determine a safe and successful
program to meet our special needs? Well, meet trainers Rob and Judy Power who
have been in this business for over 12 years, demonstrating an exceptional ability
to create a flexible, personalized routine, drawing from all disciplines, to
create the best outcome for the client.

Fitness Workout Session will focus on the client's specific needs in the areas
